OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated June 27, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 4B of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Power Advisory LLC as a renewable electricity administrator under

Section 4B of the Electricity Act , made by Order in Council 2011-230 dated June 28, 2011; (

b) appoint the Clean Nova Scotia Foundation as a Procurement Administrator under

Section 4B of the Electricity Act , to conduct procurements for the Solar Electricity for Community Buildings Program established pursuant to

Section 4C of the Electricity Act , for a term ending on December 31, 2019; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Energy to enter into one or more agreements with the Clean Nova Scotia Foundation for this appointment, on terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
