Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Maintenance Enforcement Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 40 of the Acts of 2004,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Maintenance Enforcement Act, and
Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2005,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Maintenance Enforcement Act, do come into force on and not before April 1, 2006.
