Order in Council 1918/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Ashley Warne, Barrister and Solicitor of Breslau, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective December 28, 2023.
