OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 24, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective March 24, 2015:

a) revoke Order in Council 2013-361;

b) assign responsibility for

Part 1 of the Gaming Control Act to the Honourable Michel P. Samson, a member of the Executive Council; and

c) direct that, for administrative purposes, all affairs and matters relating to

Part 1 of the Gaming Control Act continue to be attached to the Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage.
