Statute: Justice Administration Amendment (Fall 2006) Act Condominium Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated February 14, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 16 of the Acts of 2006, the Justice Administration Amendment (Fall 2006) Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 4 and 5 of

Chapter 16 of the Acts of 2006, the Justice Administration Amendment (Fall 2006) Act, do come into force on and not before March 2, 2007.
