OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated May 2, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 27 and 87 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to
Section 2 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 2001, the Appropriations Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to enter into the Canada-Nova Scotia Framework Agreement on Agricultural Risk Management - Amending Agreement No. 4 substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement, and such additional agreements as are necessary to implement this amending agreement.
