Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective on and after September 3, 2019, approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with Health Canada regarding a Heat Alert and Response System Implementation Protocol Development in Nova Scotia, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
