OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 27, 2000, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective April 1, 2000, to assign to the Minister of Health responsibility for all those affairs and matters presently belonging to the Minister of Community Services pursuant to
Chapter 2 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Adult Protection Act.
