An Act to amend The Teaching Profession Act (Assented to , 1970) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Teaching Profession Act is amended as to

section 16, subsection (2) by striking out the words "ninety days" and sUbstituting the words "six months". 2. This Act comes into force on the day upon which it is assented to. Explanatory Notes I.

(2) Where it appears that a former member has been guilty of unprofessional or unethical conduct while he was an active member, disciplinary proceedings may be instituted against him at any time within ninety days from the date he ceased to be an active member, in the same manner as if he were still an active member.
