Order in Council 1639/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act , as amended, Patrick Joseph Weaver is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of two years, effective from January 15, 2021.
