On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Philip Squire of London be reappointed as a Lawyer member and redesignated as full-time Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of three years, effective March 11, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
