Order in Council 342/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Theresa McGee was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 339/2018 dated February 28, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Theresa McGee of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
