Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to appoint Monique MacDonald, Customer Service Representative of the New Glasgow Access Nova Scotia Centre, as a Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses effective May 18, 2010.
