OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated April 13, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 68 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Andrea D. Gillis of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the list of persons eligible to be designated as an employer member of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, for a term of three (3) years commencing May 4, 2009; (

b) appoint Shannon R. Webb of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the list of persons eligible to be designated as an employer member of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, for a term of three (3) years commencing May 4, 2009; and (

c) fix the remuneration of Andrea D. Gillis and Shannon R. Webb at $150 per day while attending to the business of acting as an employer member of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out their duties for an appeal panel.
