OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 24, 2003, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Heather M. Conrad, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2003-20 dated January 23, 2003; and (
b) appoint Heather M. Boyd of Truro, Colchester County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire July 31, 2007.\x09\x09
