Order in Council 772/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14 (1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

David Fawcett of Markdale

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective August 29, 2021 to August 28, 2024.
