Corrections to Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation statutes

1 The Musqueam Reconciliation, Settlement and Benefits Agreement Implementation Act is corrected as set out in

Schedule 1.

Corrections to Ministry of Agriculture statutes

2 The Veterinarians Act is corrected as set out in

Schedule 2.

Corrections to Ministry of Attorney General statutes

3 The Utilities Commission Act is corrected as set out in

Schedule 3.

Corrections to Ministry of Energy statutes

4 The following statutes are corrected as set out in

Schedule 4:

Musqueam Reconciliation, Settlement and Benefits Agreement Implementation Act

Section 11 (1) of the Musqueam Reconciliation, Settlement and Benefits Agreement Implementation Act, S.B.C. 2008, c. 6, is amended by adding " and " at the end of paragraph (b).

Schedule 2

Veterinarians Act

Section 57 (2) (

d) of the Veterinarians Act, S.B.C. 2010, c. 15, is amended by renumbering the first subparagraph (ii) as subparagraph (i).

Schedule 3

Utilities Commission Act

Section 44.2 (5) (

c) of the Utilities Commission Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 473, is amended by striking out " plan " and substituting "

schedule ".

Section 88 (4) is amended by striking out " under to

section 22 " and substituting " under

section 22 ".

Oil and Gas Activities Act

Section 131 (

b) of the Oil and Gas Activities Act, S.B.C. 2008, c. 36, is amended by striking out " Petroleum and Natural Gas Act , " and substituting " Petroleum and Natural Gas Act ; ".

Petroleum and Natural Gas Act

Section 134 (4) (

e) of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 361, is amended by striking out " in a manner " and substituting " in any manner ".

Schedule 5

Environmental Management Act

Section 76.21 (1) (

f) of the Environmental Management Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 53, is amended by striking out " including. " and substituting " including, ".

Schedule 6

Carbon Tax Act

Section 64 (7) (

c) of the Carbon Tax Act, S.B.C. 2008, c. 40, is amended by adding " , " after " subsection (2) (b) ".

Section 91 (c) (

i) is amended by striking out " or, " and substituting " or ".

Mortgage Brokers Act

Section 8 of the Mortgage Brokers Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 313, is amended in

(a) subsections (1) (

d) and (1.3) (

d) by striking out " situation; " and substituting " situation, ", and

(b) subsections (1.2) (

b) and (1.4) (

c) by striking out " $50 000; " and substituting " $50 000, ".

Motor Fuel Tax Act

Section 57.1 (7) (

c) of the Motor Fuel Tax Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 317, is amended by adding " , " after " subsection (2) (b) ".

Securities Act

Section 175 (6) (b) (iii) of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, is amended by striking out " paragraph (3) (a), " and substituting " subsection (3) (a), ".

Small Business Venture Capital Act

Section 20 (7) (

c) of the Small Business Venture Capital Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 429, is amended by striking out " 9 (1) " and substituting " 9 ".

Social Service Tax Act

Section 112.1 of the Social Service Tax Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 431, is amended in the definition of " postal agent " by striking out " (Canada) " after " Canada Post Corporation Act ".

Tobacco Tax Act

Section 1 of the Tobacco Tax Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 452, is amended in the definition of " postal agent " by striking out " (Canada) " after " Canada Post Corporation Act ".

Schedule 7

Forestry Revitalization Act

Section 3 (5) (a) (ii) of the Forestry Revitalization Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 17, is amended by striking out " (1.1), or, " and substituting " (1.1), or ".

Schedule 8

Health Authorities Act

Section 3 (4) of the Health Authorities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 180, is amended by striking out " (Canada) " after " Canada Health Act ".

Medicare Protection Act

2 The

preamble and sections 5 (2) and 5.1 (

a) of the Medicare Protection Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 286, are amended by striking out " (Canada) " after " Canada Health Act ".

Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act

Section 22 (2.4) of the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 77, is amended by striking out " subsection (2.2) " and substituting " subsection (2.1) ".

Schedule 9

Criminal Records Review Act

Schedule 1 of the Criminal Records Review Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 86, is amended in

section 1 by striking out " (Canada) " after " Criminal Code ".

Motor Vehicle Act

Section 25 (10.11) (

a) of the Motor Vehicle Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 318, is amended by striking out " driver's licences " and substituting " drivers' licences ".

Section 95 (1) is amended by striking out " , or " at the end of paragraph (a).

Section 215.42 (3) is amended by striking out " requested to so " and substituting " requested to do so ".

Section 215.51 is amended by striking out " make may " and substituting " May make ".

Schedule 10

Motor Vehicle Act

Section 188 (1) of the Motor Vehicle Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 318, is amended by striking out " ,, or " at the end of paragraph (

e) and substituting " , or ".

Transportation Investment Act

Section 17 (2) of the Transportation Investment Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 65, is amended by striking out " (1) (b), (

c) or (d) " and substituting " (1) (b), (

c) or (d) (iii) ".
