Order in Council 444/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 ,

Anthony (Tony) Rockingham, of Hamilton, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective March 19, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year from the effective date of this reappointment;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 , he be reappointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective March 19, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year from the effective date of this appointment.
