OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated April 6, 2016, and pursuant to subsection 5(1) of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to amend the Renewable Electricity Regulations , N.S. Reg. 155/2010, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-381 dated October 12, 2010, to modify provisions respecting the generation of electricity using biomass and to remove restrictions relating to the use of distribution system connected renewable energy generators in planning to meet renewable electricity standards, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 8, 2016.
