OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 43A of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Byron Rafuse, CMA, of Halifax, as Controller in the Department of Finance, effective June 9, 2005; and (

b) order that Byron Rafuse, CMA, while appointed as Controller, shall receive remuneration in accordance with the management compensation plan MCP35, shall receive all customary benefits accorded to civil servants, and shall be designated an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
