CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Coroners Act (Assented to June 18, 1991) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Coroners Amendment Act, 1991 . R.S.S. c.C-38,

section amended Subsection 2(1) of The Coroners Act is amended by striking out ALieutenant Governor in Council@ and substituting Amember of the Executive Council to whom for the time being the administration of this Act is assigned@. Coming into force3 This Act comes into force on the day of assent.
