OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 7, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a grant or deed to convey Crown lands containing approximately 0.81 hectares (2 acres), located at Tennycape, Hants County, and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Tennycape Cemetery Perpetual Care Committee, a body corporate having its registered office at Minasville, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1 plus other costs associated with this transaction; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
