OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, dated April 3, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 425 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Emeric Black of Sherbrooke, Guysborough County as a member of the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission, for a three-year term commencing May 28, 2020; and (
b) appoint Margaret Harpell of Sherbrooke, Guysborough County as a member of the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission, for a three-year term commencing May 28, 2020; and (
c) appoint Keith Gallant of Aspen, Guysborough County as a member of the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission, for a three-year term commencing May 28, 2020.
