The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated February 14, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 302 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Grants Act , is pleased to:
(
a) revoke Order in Council 2021-130 dated May 11, 2021; and
(
b) determine that the total municipal financial capacity grants payable to municipalities in the fiscal year 2021-2022 shall be $60.8 million.
