Le Président (M. Gaudreault): Alors, bonjour à tous et à toutes. Je déclare la séance de la Commission de l'agriculture, de l'énergie et des ressources naturelles ouverte. Je demande à toutes les personnes dans la salle de bien vouloir fermer la sonnerie de leurs téléphones cellulaires, s'il vous plaît.

Je vais vous rappeler le mandat de la présente commission qui est réunie ici afin de procéder à l'interpellation de la députée d'Iberville... interpellation au ministre de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation sur le sujet suivant: Le

chapitre agricole de l'Accord sur le commerce intérieur.

M. le secrétaire, y a-t-il des remplacements?

Le Secrétaire: Oui, M. le Président. M. Cloutier (Lac-Saint-Jean) en remplacement de M. Trottier (Roberval).

Le Président (M. Gaudreault): Alors, c'est deux comtés voisins, ça se remplace bien.

Je vous rappelle brièvement le déroulement de l'interpellation. Dans un premier temps, la députée d'Iberville aura un temps de parole de 10 minutes, suivi ensuite du ministre, qui disposera d'un temps de parole équivalent. Par la suite, des périodes de cinq minutes seront allouées selon la séquence qui suit: un député de l'opposition officielle, le ministre, un député du groupe qui forme le gouvernement. Tel que convenu, 25 minutes avant midi, j'accorderai un droit de parole de cinq minutes à un député du deuxième groupe d'opposition. J'accorderai par la suite un 10 minutes de conclusion au ministre, suivi d'un temps équivalent à la
