Order in Council 1017/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michael Horrobin of Windsor, appointed by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1293/2023 as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, has resigned from his appointment effective March 25, 2024;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, O.C. 1293/2023 be revoked.
