Section 194J of
Chapter 6 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Marketing Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting Nova Scotia wine standards in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 16, 2010.
