Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to amend the Licensing of Insurers Regulations, N.S. Reg 142/90, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 90-629 dated May 22, 1990, to change from annual licensing to three-year licensing, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 4, 2010.
