OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated May 28, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Sara Keeler, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-289 dated June 2, 1999; and (
b) appoint Teri McNamara of Halifax Regional Municipality, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, effective April 30, 2001.
