Order in Council 636/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 397/2014, dated March 5, 2014, Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer was appointed as Chief Coroner for Ontario and as General Inspector of Anatomy, effective from the 1st day of April 2014, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years from the effective date of these appointments;

And

whereas it is desirable that Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer be reappointed as Chief Coroner for Ontario and as General Inspector of Anatomy;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer, a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby reappointed as Chief Coroner for Ontario, effective from April 1, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not to exceed three years from the effective date of this reappointment;

And therefore pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Anatomy Act , as amended, Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer is hereby reappointed as General Inspector of Anatomy, effective from April 1, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not to exceed three years from the effective date of this reappointment.
