Order in Council 121/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1323/2017, dated June 28, 2017 appointing Dr. Ramesh Kumar Zacharias as a Regional Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
