OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated October 1, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of lands consisting of Parcels U2, X2 and Z2 being a portions of PID # 70060066 located in Summerville, Queens County, Nova Scotia and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on the plan in
Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being required for construction of Highway 103.
