Order in Council 66/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 ,

Si-Ann Woods of Ottawa

be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of two years, effective February 21, 2017 to and including February 20, 2019.
