Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to reappoint the following persons as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a further term of office commencing November 25, 2004, and ending November 9, 2008: Patrick L. Casey, Q.C. of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; J. W. Stephen Johnston of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Michael O'Hara of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality.
