On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 516/2016 dated April 6, 2016 that reappointed

Brenda Hurrle of Pakenham

as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act , be revoked effective September 23, 2016, as the member has resigned.
