Section 19A of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to assign responsibility for the Technology and Science Secretariat to the Honourable Jane S. Purves, a Member of the Executive Council.
