LOI SUR LA RÉGLEMENTATION DES ARMES À LAME LONGUE Moved by the Honourable Mr. Wiebe Motion de M. le ministre Wiebe THAT Clause 1(1) of the Bill be amended in clause (

a) of the definition "long-bladed weapon" by striking out "metal blade" and substituting "blade made of metal or other prescribed material". Il est proposé que la définition d'« arme à lame longue » figurant au paragraphe 1(1) du projet de loi soit remplacée par ce qui suit : « arme à lame longue »

Sous réserve des règlements, arme blanche, notamment une machette, un couteau ou une épée, qui :

a) est dotée d'une lame d'au moins cm, ou toute autre longueur réglementaire, fabriquée en métal ou en tout autre matériau désigné par règlement;

a) of the Bill be replaced with the following: (

a) prescribing blade materials or blade length, or both, for the purpose of clause (
