OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 14, 2001, pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of

Chapter 20 of the Acts of 1990, the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Martin Pink of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation; (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation, each to hold office for a term of three years commencing March 1, 2001 and ending February 28, 2004: Bruce MacDonald of Baddeck, Victoria County; Rita Lamontagne MacDonald of Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County; (

c) appoint the following person as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation to hold office for a term of two years commencing March 1, 2001 and ending February 28, 2003: Mark Macneill of Tantallon, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

d) approve the payment of remuneration in the amount of $100 for each member of the Board for each day spent at Board meetings; and (

e) approve the payment of necessary and reasonable expenses the Board members may incur in carrying out their duties.
