An Act respecting the Consequential Amendments resulting from the enactment of The Environ mental Management and Protection Act (Assented to April 3, 1986) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 351 This Act may be cited as The Environmental Management Shorttitle and Protection Consequential Amendment Act, 1986. 2 Subsection 108(1) of The Northern Municipalities Act is amended by striking out "A" and substituting "Subject to The Environmental Management and Protection Act and the regulations made pursuant to that Act, a".
