2000 c. 62 1 SASKATCHEWAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act (Assented to June 27, 2000) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Amendment Act, 2000. R.S.S. 1978, c.S-34 amended The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Clause 43(1)(

a) is amended by striking out “ subject to

section 43.1,”.

Section 43.1 repealed
