OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated May 24, 2023, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables: (

a) issuing a deed for the disposition of Crown lands presently identified as a portion of PID 00961862, containing approximately 487.3 square metres (5,245.3 square feet) located in Merigomish, Pictou County, and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Riverview Cemetery Company, or its approved successors or assigns, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
