OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated February 23, 2001, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of

Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Condominium Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Marie Mullally as Registrar of Condominiums, effective March 1, 2001; (

b) revoke the appointment of Graham Poole as Acting Registrar of Condominiums, effective March 1, 2001; and (

c) appoint Richard Shaffner as Registrar of Condominiums, effective March 1, 2001.
