OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister assigned responsibility for the Insurance Act dated December 12, 2006, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 113B of
Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to amend the Automobile Insurance Tort Recovery Regulations, N.S. Reg. 182/2003, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2003-457 dated October 31, 2003, by striking out "113B(3)" in
Section 3 and substituting "113B(4)", effective on and after December 18, 2006.
