Interpretation Act
OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables, dated December 20, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 97 of the Acts of 1986,
An Act to Establish the Shubenacadie Canal Commission , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the reappointment of William McIntyre of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a Member of the Shubenacadie Canal Commission, made by Order in Council 2021-290, effective December 23, 2021.
