OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated June 2, 2010, and pursuant to subsection 56(2) of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2000, the Health Authorities Act, is pleased to approve the health services business plans for 2010/2011 for South Shore District Health Authority; South West Nova District Health Authority; Cumberland Health Authority; Pictou County Health Authority; Cape Breton District Health Authority; and the IWK Health Centre, effective on and after June 29, 2010.
