Order in Council 467/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the position of Provincial Land and Development Facilitator was established by Order in Council 425/2015, effective April 1, 2015, for a period not exceeding three years;

And

Whereas the position of Provincial Land and Development Facilitator was extended by Order in Council 1579/2017, effective April 1, 2018, for a period not exceeding two years;

Therefore pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to establish advisory bodies and provide for appointment of advisors to assist Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

The term of the Provincial Land and Development Facilitator is hereby extended for a period not exceeding six months, effective April 1, 2020.
