OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act dated June 7, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Alyssa Blais of Cornwallis Park, Annapolis County, and Brittany Carter of Halifax Regional Municipality (Fall River) as members of the Nova Scotia Advisory Council on the Status of Women, both made by Order in Council 2023-25 dated February 2, 2023, effective July 2, 2024.
