OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 6, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Ian Blenkharn of Berwick, Kings County, as chairman of the Natural Products Marketing Council for the remaining portion of his term, commencing April 11, 2017 and ending August 24, 2017; and (

b) order that Ian Blenkharn be remunerated for his service in the amount of $150.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as a member and chairman, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
