OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 4, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 27, 28 and 29 of

Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, and to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2002-231 dated May 10, 2002, by deleting

Schedule "B" and replacing it with the

Schedule "D" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
