OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated March 24, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 25, 26 and 27 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Stefanie Colombo of Bible Hill, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board for a term of three (3) years commencing April 27, 2023; (

b) appoint Leah Lewis-McCrea of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board for a term of two (2) years commencing April 27, 2023; and (

c) determine that Stefanie Colombo and Leah Lewis-McCrea each be remunerated for their service as members in the amount of $100.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling their duties as members provided any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
